Order Processing & Shipping Fees

Orders generally require 2–5 business days for payment verification, packaging, quality inspection, and shipment preparation.
During holidays, promotional campaigns, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies for eligible delivery regions unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days

Order Tracking

International Shipping & Customs
For international deliveries:
• Orders may be shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by local authorities
• Zorvanelle™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures

Order Changes & Cancellations

Lost or Damaged Deliveries
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The shipping label

Lost Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit by the shipping carrier, Zorvanelle™ will work with the carrier to assist with replacement procedures after verification.
